Standard Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for all items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be

unwashed
in its original condition
in its original packaging
To start a return, email us at contact@myadab.us with your order number and the reason for the return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or we made a mistake.
30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee
(Mulberry Silk Underscarf only)
Your Mulberry Silk Underscarf is covered by a special 30 day satisfaction guarantee.
If you are not satisfied with your underscarf, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
This guarantee applies only to the Mulberry Silk Underscarf and does not apply to other products.
To use this guarantee, email us at contact@myadab.us with your order number.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days after we receive the returned item.

Non Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including
custom or made to order items

downloadable products
perishable goods
hazardous or flammable materials
For hygiene reasons, textile and personal care items that have been opened may not be eligible for return, unless covered by the 30 day Mulberry Silk Underscarf guarantee.
Sale Items
Sale or discounted items are final sale and not eligible for refunds.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit.
If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are not refundable.
If you are returning an item worth over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance.
